Vincent is a native of California growing up in Canyon Country. He graduated from Canyon High School in 2001 and left for the Navy after graduation. He served as a Machinist Mate onboard the USS John C. Stennis until 2005. Vincent has

 a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University Northridge and a Master of Science in Water Resource Management from California State University Fresno. He has worked at Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency since 2012. Vincent’s current position is Senior Water Treatment Operator. He moved to Castaic in 2011. When he and his wife purchased a new home in Castaic in 2016, they stayed in the community desiring to start a family knowing that the schools in the area were amongst the best. His mother was an elementary school educator for 33 years and his father was a college instructor at community college. Education has always been important to his family. Looking to further serve the community, and with his twins starting school in the fall he jumped at the opportunity to join the school board. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and 3 children, golfing, and attending LA Rams games.
