Please bring the following with you to expedite the process:

1. Square footage verification form

2. Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order

3. Additional documents regarding project

Level 1 Fees

New Residential & Addition: $3.50 per square foot

Commercial/Industrial Construction: $0.57 per square foot

All school fees can be paid in-person at 28131 Livingston Ave., Valencia CA 93155

We currently only accept check, cashier's check, or Money Orders.
