Stacy grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley and, after graduating from Hart High School, attended Brigham Young University, where she earned a degree in Social Work. Stacy was employed as a social worker in Utah before moving to Castaic in 2001. She and her husband, Ray, have four children. Stacy has volunteered, for many years, in the Castaic Union School District, at Northlake Hills Elementary, on the PTA board, and on the School Site Council. In 2014, as part of the CUSD Strategic Planning Committee, she collaborated with others to develop a new vision statement, mission statement, and core values for the district. In addition, she has held many volunteer positions in her church, including camp director for the youth organization and president of the children’s organization. She also sings in the church choir. In 2015, Stacy began working part-time in an accounting office. Besides taking care of her family, Stacy enjoys camping, reading, genealogy, yoga, and gardening.
